You can't build a winner in only five years.
    Tell that to the Colts

    2013 cleaning house.

I believe the offseason will be a processes with goals. I do not believe it is a checklist. I believe these are the goals:

    - retain your dependable players using talent and difficulty to replace as a guide.
    - become more explosive on offense
    - enhance the defense

The first step in the process is retaining the dependable players before free agency. Here is my list of dependable players that are must resigns in priority order.

    1. Brian Hartline
    2. Randy Stark
    3. Reggie Bush
    4. Anthony Fasano

The Colts are a long-time winning franchise built to support an explosive passing offense. The roster is full of players that have been successful. It is a mistake to think they were like the Bills, the Rams, the Chiefs, or the Dolphins.

Hartline and Dansby are good players the Dolphins aren't better next year getting rid of them. Clearly you need more talent than Hartline at WR but I think he can fill a role and make some clutch catches next year. Dansby should be able to stick around a couple more years until they can find a real beast of a LB for the future.

That's too much change in one year. If Ireland and Philbin don't win next year they'll both be fired.
You can't fire Ireland if we don't make the playoffs. See, he "deserves" another 7 years.....5 years including 4 losing seasons in a row are "not his fault".....it was all Parcells!!

    Ozzy rules!!
