No where in the actual article is it mentioned. It is funny to me that you will use that to try and make your point when the whole article talks about things you completely disagree with. How many times did we debate about the Jets roster declining the last 2 years and you would come back with "X amount of starters are still on the team from the AFCC G App"

You defend Tannenbaum and Rex while the article bashes them, but as long as the word elite was used in the link, it helps make your point?

2010 was the closest the Jets were to being Super Bowl contenders, but 1 good season out of 4 is not elite.

it bashes them for where the team has gone since that 2nd title game app and they deserve bashing. Tannenbaum didn't deserve to be fired but he deserved criticism as does Rex.

You are amissing a year, when you make a conf title game you are a SB contender as you are just 1 game from the SB PLUS we held a 2nd half lead in that game. 2 of 4 years means half the time under rex we have been legit SB contenders. I think based on the awful season this year and being 2 years since the title game we are not elite from 2009-2012 but 2009-2010 YES, 2009-2011 overall YES.

They're better than you now. It's great the the Jets did what they did for two years b/c you'll always have that to fall back on. The funny part is that it doesn't impress one single person on this site but it makes you feel so alive. That is incredibly weird and sad.
