None of that changes the fact that a 59% winning percentage is not elite. For comparison, NE and GB won 74% of their games over the same period. You have never once tried to justify an "elite" team having records of 9-7, 11-5, 8-8, and 6-10.

Funny, do you understand how clueless you are? Actually in 09 game 14, the jets got lucky to play eliminated Atlanta at home to keep their legitimate playoff hopes alive, and managed all of 7 points in a loss. Talk about being lucky and having your postseason-bound opponents consider your games "meaningless" to have an at best mediocre team be gift wrapped into an undeservered SB. And talk about "humiliated?" How about being humiliated by Colts 09 Starters 45-27 who had the audacity to actually stay in the game and play - including 24 unanswered points in the last 31 minutes with one of their best defenders hobbled and the other shelved. Curtis Painter scammed Luck onto the Colts and the jest undeservedly into the playoffs where they beat the deadest team going in in the last 10 years and stood back watching the best kicker int he league choke 2 and possibly 3 times even more so than the worst 4 year starting QB since JaMarcus Russell.

No hardware = just another case of blueballs, especially since Rex took over a 9-7 team and turned them into a 7-7-2 one.

Ravens and SF were both one very late play away from being repeat SB teams . Since '67, in actuality, the jest weren't even on the same block, let alone neighborhood when it comes to proximity to the SB.

it doesn't, they played in a weaker division and got a bye b/c of it. we had to win 2 road games to get to the title game.

Too ****ing homeristically funny: I love the excuses you pull out of your azz: Atlanta was fighting hard for two winning seasons in a row, but in 08 when we finished the season in your crib beating you and clinching the division, you called it a meaningless game despite the need to finish the season positively based n Woody pimping PSLs and Mangini fighting for his job, not to mention the fans in the stands most of whom hated us. I love how you make excuses and accuse others of doing the same... very much like how you accuse others of whining but as some know, you are the biggest whiner on FH.
