I'm not defending this. I'm simply stating it's a natural consequence of having everything he does filibustered. If someone believes they'll never get anything done with the help of others, they'll find ways to do what they think is right some other way. I'm just surprised it took this long...

I would hope you're not defending this. I don't give a **** if everything he tries to do gets filibustered. The purpose of a constitution is to set up the rules for what government can and cannot do. In the US, we have a system of checks and balances that ensures we do not end up with a tyrant in control.
