    Mock Draft Jake Long replacement

Why do nearly all mock drafts have us drafting a OT when Ireland has said he will go after playmakers?

Does this prove that they are a waste of time?

Will Ireland really draft a OT with the 12th pick?

If he does, I'm jumping off a bridge. Either that, or I'm throwing him off of one.

Im no Ireland supporter, but this years WR class isnt very good. I do not think Keenan Allen is worthy of a #12 pick. CB is an option, but should we reach for depth at CB?

All the Mocks I've seen, (about 4 or 5) seem to have us all taking Keenan Allen... I've yet to see an OT.

however if History serves any purpose it will show you that Ireland isn't scared to take O-Lineman in the first round... Mock drafts before the start of free agency, combine and College workouts really only serves the purpose of where some guys are valued.

I'd be all for drating an OT, but a lot and I mean A LOT of things would have to happen before the draft and during the first 11 picks for this to happen.

Take the BPA that isn't an offensive lineman. I do agree with you that there likely won't be a corner worth using our 12th on but heck I think we learned the value of depth in the secondary after last year.

That Jake long over Matt Ryan pick looks worse and worse as time goes on.

    Thanks Jeff!

We already have Jake Long's replacement. We need a replacement for RT since Martin will be our starting LT.
