    The social security rate you're paying this year is the same rate you've paid from 1990 to 2010. The only reason you paid 2% less for the past 2 years was due to Obama. Unless you're in a top tax bracket, you are paying the exact same rates (payroll and income tax) as you were when Bush left office.
