He sucked then and sucks now. If Cleveland didn't step in in the 20s for a mercy pick based on a local player's commercial potential he'd also have ended up a 2nd rounder where he belonged. Hell if someone was foolish enough to draft Beck or Kolb in the 1st round..does that really make them a legitimate First Rounder just for taking the chance? I'd rather offer Moore a minimum deal with some incentives. At least I trust him to play well if called upon. The importance of having a 2nd string QB that you can trust should not be underestimated.

It's hysterical but still disingenuous how some of the most persistent critics of this franchise, sometimes to the point of obsessive pettiness can't let go of the reality that in one major instance they were wrong and the team did something right by appropriately devalueing this 2nd or 3rd round level QB.

By all accounts Moore has worked his ass off going through film with Tannehill and working with him in training. We need to get him another mentor.... not Brady Quinn lol
