Bull****, how many Dads and Moms in this country have to go to work every day for minimum wages for 40 years or more in bodies that are tired and worn down in an attempt to support their families?

NFL Football players have the best of medical care, big paychecks and have chosen to do what they are doing. They do what they do for the big money.

I don't buy the hero worship..
The thing you're not getting is that Jason didn't have to go through all of this, he could've sat on the bench and collected his money all the same. However he still didn't want to do that, he wanted to play to help his team and so the fans can have a show. He is a gridiron hero, that type of character could translate into any aspect of life.

I had a shot of cortisone on the bottom of my foot, up into the big toe area. It was for sesmoiditis.

We should still defend Parcells for how he treated JT! I would like to stick a few needles in Parcells!

I played football for two years in high school and after a dislocated shoulder and bruised knee and the pain I would experience just walking around, I knew that in order to play this game at the highest level, you would have to be a crazy person, and that I was not. I had a few scholarship offers to play at the college level but decided that football just wasn't for me. And I love the game!

    Part of the price.

I cant understand how anyone that has played football on at least a high school level
doesnt understand that a price comes with playing football at a competative level.

Like he said; He'd do it all over again.
