Did you see that talent make that catch? Had nothing to do with a perfect throw!

Folks, it is now early in the 2nd quarter and Matt Ryan has just thrown a second TD pass to Julio Jones and the Falcons are now a PAT away from a 17-0 lead in the NFC championship game. Matt Ryan is clearly a bust and Atlanta fans are very upset that we took Jake Long.

Yet we still have ****ing crackheads on this site pumping drafting that tackle from Texas A&M with the 12th pick?

You know the Falcons would be dominating if Matt Ryan could cover Vernon Davis!

My friends, Matt Ryan could not have looked more lost running the two-minute drill at the end of that half that put Atlanta up 24-14. That was clearly all on Atlanta's left tackle whose name escapes me at the moment.

I enjoyed those corn-fed pancake blocks by the LT on the off-tackle plays in that last drive.

18 of 24 for 271 yards and 3 TDs! If Tannehill did that against Buffalo to end up 7-9 the homers would give themselves pearl necklaces!

Man, this could turn out to be the worst possible scenario for the "Long was the right pick and/or Ryan sucks" crowd. Long on IR again after another mediocre season and Ryan on a championship run? Looking forward to their excuses, which will no doubt resemble junc's spin on Eli.

Matt Ryan, unfortunately for him, isn't going anywhere until the Falcons get a reliable running game and they fix up that porous D. Even so...Matt Ryan has the ball inside the 49ers 15 yard line with two minutes left and he and the rest of that explosive offense is unable to get it done. Granted, it was the 49ers D, but they were doing just fine for most of the game.

Be afraid, Brady. Be very afraid!

I just try to be myself, whatever that is. I don't think about how I'll be remembered. I just want to be consistent over a long period of time. That's what the great players do.
