Exactly why would we trade down for a wr so someone else can get a stud cb? Last I checked, db was a major need for the fins. Easier to draft a wr in the second round and sign one of the big 3 who will most likely be available. Tag Long would be completely ridiculous.....dude is not worth 15 million even if it is for 1 season.

Trading down isn't a good move IMO.

We traded down at 12 last time we had that pick. Better to get a top teir player at 12.

The only way I would like for the Fins to trade down if no quality CD,DE or OT are available at #12. If that's the case I have no problem with that trade. We can still get a quality receiver in the mid 20s and/or 2nd rounds. I still think we should sign Jennings and re sign Long but only to 6-9 mill a year nothing more. Sean Smith can test the market. I hate seeing his alligator arms missing INT lol.

    Off topic.
Apparently Smith also drops INT in my Madden game. Sign Cox.

I don't want to see another trade down from our 1st pick. The best chance to get playmakers is early in the 1st round. And all the trade downs in the 1st is the reason why we're completely lacking in the playmaker department.
