Interesting Victor Cruz prepares for restricted free agency.

Would Victor be a good fit for the West Coast scheme? I do know he has the Latino dance moves to fit in, in SO FL. Would you want him?

I would love to have him. However the Giants are going to tender him with a first round pick and possibly more or they'll probably resign him before he gets any offers from somewhere else.

If the Gmen let him walk! The Fins would be crazy not to attempt to sign him!!!! Depending on what he wants in money!!!!

Victor will get tendered at the highest level and it would cost us a 1st round pick, plus a HUGE contract to steal him from the G-men.

The contract would have to be big enough that the Giants would be unwilling to match.

Honestly I'd give Cruz a contract around the ballpark of Marshall's deal, he's that GOOD.

Cruz is a native of New Jersey and grew up just a few miles away from Giants and Metlife Stadium, so I doubt that he would leave the Giants.

Unless they don't want to pay him, however he's gotta keep in mind that in Miami he would be an ICON amongst the locals.

It's worth exploring but I have a feeling that both Cruz and the Giants really would ultimately like to figure out a way to make it work.

His tender will probably be a 1 and a 3 and we'd have to give him a 10-12 mil/yr deal on top of that. No thanks.
