    Jared Cook and Cliff Avril

Instead signing receivers Mike Wallace or Dwayne Bowe in free agency Miami should put maximum effort into signing tight end Jared Cook and defensive end Cliff Avril. Both are young talented players that fill a need. That would allow Miami to focus the draft on a corner and multiple recievers. Keenan Allen in the first round and Deandre Hopkins in second would be nice. Maybe add Marcus Wheaton or Ryan Swope later in the draft and Miami could solve it's receiver needs for the next 8 - 10 years.

For some reason I feel that a few of the better FA TE's will get tagged and we will lose out.

I'd pass on both and I expect Ireland to do the same. As of today, my gut tells me Tyler Eifert will be a Dolphin. Maybe Zach Ertz, but I haven't seen as much of him so my conviction is not as strong at this point. That may change as I get further into some tape. I expect nearly all of the free agent money to be spent on wide receiver. I expect they will pass of a free agent pass rusher and keep developing Vernon, Kaddu, and Shelby.

Avril would be very costly, however he's only 26. Pairing Avril and Wake together would give Miami one of the top sack tandems in the league.

Speaking of which why did we bring in so many 3-4 pass rushing linebackers this year? Vernon, Kaddu, and Freeny to go with Koa(who played great this year) and Wake (who proved he can play end in the NFL).

heard the same thing COOK wont hit the open market titans looking to franchise him. I agree.. AVRIL would be a geat addition. if only, we can sign both G. Jenning and C. Avril in my opinion would be a great offseason and still have the nfl draft to look forward too.

An athletic TE is as important to me as a receiver.

Re: Jared Cook and Cliff Avril

Jennings and Cook/Finley/Keller should be our priority
