I concur, but I'd go 1. Receiver 2. Avril 3. TE
Not sure about Cook due to the tagging situation now, but one of the others would be good. It'd be nice to get Keller off the Jets and here, hopefully he could stay healthy though

I haven't a problem with signing anyone but it has to be cost effective. You have to weigh up who is available against who is in the draft, and how much they will cost. Personally I would look at any of WR, OG, OT, TE and CB, maybe sign a couple, then look for the rest in the draft. Cook would be good for sure, but would a great TE in the draft be better, I dont know for sure.....

As much as I'd like to see Miami sign a difference maker like Mike Wallace, I think we can get the receivers in the draft. I like your thoughts. Cook is on the rise and would seem like a great fit in Miami's system. Another pass rusher to look at is Johnson from Cincy -- a guy that has connections to Coyle.

I would prefer to get Jennings over Wallace, and draft 2 wr with 2 of our first 3 picks. Would like Avril, but he will cost too much I think. Draft a DE with one of our 1st 2 picks. The $ we save by getting Jennings could be used to sign our 2 drafted Wr. If cook is off the table, Keller would be a nice addition. I don't see us drafting a TE this year. As much as I don't think Fasano should be resigned, I think he will be. We won't give up on Egnew after 1 season, but if he fails next year he is gone. Fasano will probably stay for a couple more years, and he may be the best we can get if we don't land Keller. CB is an area in FA that needs to be targeted. Keller, Jennings in FA would be great. Avril would be a bonus. But it will cost too much. Looking forward to FA thou
I RESPECT EVERYONES POINT OF VIEW & OPINION....REGARDLESS OF HOW WRONG THEY ARE
You go Greg Jennings in FA, you sign Martellus Bennett to 3 years/16 million. You draft Patterson #12, Trade up to the mid 20s and draft Ziggy there. You still sit with a late 3rd. You draft your pure BPA. We go after the BPA secondary player.
if avril wants too much, how about looking at freeney and osi as cheaper options.

Freeney and Umanyiora are way too old for my taste. I hate signing older free agents unless your team is loaded and that older player is the missing piece between making the playoffs and winning a Super Bowl. If Freeney signed with Miami they would spend next summer trying to find his replacement. I would prefer to sign someone with at least 5 good years left in the tank., maybe 27 or younger.
I agree and I fear several other teams feel the same way. This is why I don't think Eifert or Ertz will be available when Miami picks in round two.
