    Mr. Consistent

One trait you need to be considered a great player is consistency imo. We have a lot of players that can look great one week then disappear the next week, aka average players. Who on our team gives their best week in/week out?

    Offense
Pouncey- easily the best player we have on offense
Hartline?- Had a few games where he didn't have good numbers but i don't remember thinking he looked bad in any particular game

    Defense
Wake- beasts every game since he's been in the league
Jones?- Not sure about this one but seems to make plays every game
    Dansby- Solid player every game
    Burnett- Another solid linebacker

    Special Teams
Fields-probably a top 3 player on our entire team

Interior line play is not my really thing so feel free to chime in on Jerry, Starks or Soliai.

Dude is the epitome of solid.

    Other than that, it's relative.

Dansby Pouncey Fasano Bess Denney (I said this before the pro bowl check underrated thread) and Fields. They are always awesome at their respective roles.

i think Reshad Jones is one of my new fave fins players. Guy just makes plays all through the season. Even in his first year when he was still green, he made a few nice hits / plays.

Bess has always been a solid pick for the "consistent" award.

Tannehill's been pretty consistent too in my eyes in terms of keeping the game up. He just doesnt have help to get over the hill when he needs the supporting cast.

A few I'd like to see more of is Dansby, Wake, and Odrick. Wake the least of them all, and they do make plays, but also get shutdown in some games and don't make enough of an impact.
