    Would you be ok with..................

Lets make this a little more clear for those that done seem to get the question.

    Hypothetically speaking!

YOU RE-SIGN Hartline in free agency with the intent on keeping him. You sign Jennings or Wallace and Unexpectedly, you go into the draft, draft a WR / TE/ and long and behold you have a chance to draft another WR that is great value.

Someone is now expendable at this point.

NE recognize this and approach you with a trade offer for Hartline for a draft pick. Would you as a fan be okay with this?

Cant spell this out any clearer

Hartline is a free agent, you would have to sign him to trade him.

Keep in mind I said we dradted 2 WR and a TE so this would be a draft day trade and after FA.

I would draft 2 WR plus a TE and still keep Hartline

Regardless of who we draft we woul'd still have to sign Hartline first then trade him to New England
which would mean we would negotiate Hartlines contract for Belichick and that's not going to happen...ever

New England has a first, second, third and 2 seven round draft picks
if anything they'll be trading down to acquire more draft picks this draft

Not helping New England out anymore, **** them. Sign a FA WR and draft one too. Re-sign Hartline.

Hartline is just another guy. I can't imagine anyone would give up a whole lot of resources for him. I say that because he simply doesn't make plays. He doesn't attack the ball at all and is terrible in traffic. What he does well is make himself available and not make mistakes. He is also sneaky fast so he gets behind the defense from time to time, but, he doesn't have another gear when the ball is in the air so the pass needs to be perfect. I would not be shocked if Miami let him test the market. I know I would. He is not a playmaker. He's just another guy. I expected more out of him this year, especially after the catch and when the ball is in the air.

Will not happen. Too many holes on this team to have our GM draft like that after adding 2 FA's to the mix (Hartline being one). Holes on the OL at CB and PR.
