If they took the Dolphins name, probably. If they were renamed something else, no. I'd follow either the Lions or the Bears, which are the other two teams in the NFL I follow.
I RESPECT EVERYONES POINT OF VIEW & OPINION....REGARDLESS OF HOW WRONG THEY ARE
Don't question my love and loyalty to this team. Just because I'm not ultra positive like you doesn't make me any less a fan.

I was born and raised in Miami and have loved the Dolphins since I was a little kid. I enjoy lots of sports, but I'm a hardcore fan when it comes to the NFL.
Honestly, my reaction if the Dolphins were to move... that's too emotional of a question to realistically answer without it actually happening and seeing how I responded at the moment.
It would be hard because even though Im from that area , I never believed in just switching teams but if something like that happened i could not in good faith support a team that would do that to their fan base.

Part of me is pretty disgusted with sports period with its prevailing attitude of not only do the fans need to support the team through tickets and merchandise but we also have to subsidize stadiums owned by billionaires.
Its no surprise that the nfl is making record profits since they continually get upgraded stadiums at taxpayer expense.
When Death Smiles Upon You the Infantryman smiles back
keep bad mouthing the owner ,GM ,Coaches,Keep calling them Stupid , idiots, Keep calling for the Fans to stay away from the games. and see where it gets you. Its Called NO TEAM in Miami.

And I've been a fin fan since 1966.
It'd be really weird. The Miami Dolphins just has a certain ring that brings me back to childhood. I remember saying it before I knew anything about Miami. I'm from North County, San Diego, and all of my other favorite teams are from LA (Dodgers, Clippers, Kings), so I'd have no problem rooting for them, but it's not a move I'd like at all.
Probably! I love NFL football and the Dolphins have always been my favorite team. While I agree with the folks who say they would root for the new Dolphins if they return but who would I root for between then and now? It would be tough to just stop rooting for the same coaches and players I check in here for news about pretty much daily because the team changed cities. The team moves and what, I just stop caring about players I've followed for years. That would be tough for me.
