It dragged along through the 8 minutes. Script felt hollow. I like the concept, just not how it was executed. I would suggest using a stabilizer in post to smooth out those shots that you seem to be using some kind of small jib. A lot of those shots the horizontal jitter is very distracting. Some of the outdoor shots looked like they were inconsistent with the lighting and time of day. Were they shot different days?
This is all just my opinion which shouldn't mean much. You can submit whatever you desire to a film festival but if I'm bringing something to the table I want it to stand out. Go against the grain.
