He's got some balls asking for that. Someone do the math and see how many TDs receivers who are paid that catch

Eh two different types of WRs, also Hartline isn't any better than Brandon Lloyd and he just did 'ok' in N.E.
id like Hartline back at around 4year 18M range...like someone else mentioned he is an ideal #2.

Hartline's a valuable player to have on the roster and one Tannehill feels comfortable with BUT more and more paying him the money he wants just doesn't make sense. I'm all for bringing in Jennings or Wallace and drafting 3 WRs in the 1st 4 rounds. With an emerging Rishard and much more cost effective Bess, that doesn't leave room for Hartline. We've already seen what our offense looks like with Hartline as a major piece of it and it's really not that impressive. I wouldn't mind parting ways with the dude.
No way.....is he going to get 5-6 mil......4 tops and that's still way too much. Looks like he's gone if he wants 5-6 mil, bottomline he's simply not a play maker.

I think Swope can play the boundary and not JUST the slot. I know he primarily lined up in the slot at A&M but considering his ability to run routes and open field ability I think he can play out there. Not to mention his production came against SEC defenses.

He'll get 5 a year somewhere else. I think Miami should offer him 4 years/20 mil with 12 of that guaranteed. Maybe escalators for 6+ touchdowns.

He can do a job on the boundry and should take snaps there. But he is a slot reciever first and foremost and thats where he is at his best and can use his brain and ability to get open most effectively. Swope is fast but no burner. He would be a great draft pick but not to replace Hartline on the boundry.

If Greg Jennings is only going to cost $2 million more per year than Brian Hartline, then the question has been answered for you.

Pick #012: DE Bjoern Werner, Florida State
Pick #022: WR Cordarrelle Patterson, Tennessee
Pick #054: TE Travis Kelce, Cincinnati
Pick #082: FS Shamarko Thomas, Syracuse
Pick #174: CB D.J. Hayden, Houston
Pick #204: OG Hugh Thornton, Illinois
Pick #206: TE Joseph Fauria, UCLA
Pick #208: QB Peter Lalich, California (PA)
Please, our worst CB Richard Marshall could lock Hartline down....all you need to do is put a body on him. Hartline has zero strength and can't get off the line. I like him - but do I fear his wrath in New England? Hell no.
