theres noway under the sun that we Franchise Long @ 15 mil a year NOWAY IN HELL hes not worth 10 mil a year much less 15 mil , im sure we can find another way besides to waste our money on an injured LT when Martin will step it up , we can bring in 3 decent players with that kind of money i just cant even see 8 mil a year but , would go along as long as it wasnt nomore than 8 mil .

How does it make any sense to pay a NON IMPACT player on a team LACKING explosiveness in key areas the salary of two or even three starters? Once this team is solid across the board and can put up points in todays NFL then we can start having the luxuries of having a top 5 OT/G/C(Which we already have btw). Until then... it is simply not necessary in a quick hitting zone blocking and west coast style offense.

Sorry that I keep seeing teams starting 5th and 6th round picks on the offensive line and having good line play or going to the playoffs... Pick up a RT in free agency or in the middle rounds and have them compete with Garner. Martin will be fine.
all good teams in this league have first or second round tackles
NE
SF
BAL
DEN
Myth. The majority of the playoff teams had some high picks invested in thier tackles. The argument you should make is that you shouldn't draft a tackle before your qb

“I’m still a Dolphin at heart,” Marino said. “I’m excited about South Florida getting a team back that they’re going to be very proud of and a team that, in my mind, is going to have a chance to make the playoffs.”
