There is no reason we can't go back to the 70s logo. You know what sells merchandise? Winning. If this teams wins, stuff will sell. Stop tweaking the logo mr Ross and tweak the talent on the team. Period.

On the note of the teams logo though.. I honestly don't care if the helmet in question stays or goes.. I wouldn't give a monkeys nards if they put aqua and orange polka dots all over the uniforms and helmets... I just want a winning team already! It's really freeking sad that there are 32 teams in the league, and almost half of them make it to the playoffs every year. We on the other hand have been sucking hind tit since Marino retired IMO. Not to take anything away from the couple playoff teams we've had since then, but can we just turn the tide already? Here's to not giving a crap what the logo looks like, and just renewing our winning tradition. I like the direction the actual team is now headed with that being said.. Someone Photoshop a Phins uniform / helmet with aqua and orange polka dots on it...

I have the best solution fellas.....we could use multiple uniforms and helmets....just like the Oregon Ducks. We can have an Old Farts traditionalist logo and helmet for people who get misty eyed watching Larry Csonka and Mercury Morris in the old game film. We can also have a really modern look, and maybe scrap the Dolphin and helmet altogether? Then we can have some look that combines the past with the present. Everyone can then be happy.

Is it just me, or is this going a bit overboard? Bleacher Report says that a new logo is horrible for the team because it's going to cause so much of a distraction, that we are going to lose focus on things like the draft. If the front office is so distracted by a new logo that they can't scout properly, then we have BIG problems. I doubt they are they concerned about it.
