Sure thing...but Teriyaki is a japanese sauce, made with brown sugar, soy, vinegar, and onions, garlic, and ginger. Itīs sticky, tangy and sweet, you must have confused it with "Tzatziki", the greek yogurt-based sauce (could actually work for dipping a wing once itīs finished, since itīs cool and refreshing). Enjoy!!
Gotcha. I was just commenting on combining Greece (lemon and garlic) with Mexico (cilantro and Jalapeno peppers). Forgot to add a third country, in Japan, for you International wings.

Here's another wing recipe from Rachel Ray, which is VG. Go with the full amount of crushed red pepper flakes.

Having a bit of fun in looking up some food stuff.

Did ya know that 100 years ago, crabs were peasant food, and in Old New England, lobster was only given to servants and prisoners?

DAMN, arrest we for a week or two please.

Here's "Chef Dan The Man's" recipe from last year. Marino said the sauce is so good that you can forget the pasta, and just use a spoon. Tried it, and he was right.
What was the thickness of pancetta you used?

    I followed Marino's recipe with a 1/2 inch dice.

Slow cooked pork ribs. 3 hours at 300 in a cooking bag inside aluminum foil Remove and drench in your favorite sauce and back in the oven uncovered for 10 mins. Fall off the bone goodness. Home made potato salad and bake beans on the side.

Just add plenty of beer and it's game on.

Family and co workers, will be getting a pit ready for a pig roast on Saturday.

Once the pork is cut up back home, we will be serving smoked ribs, pork and home made enchilades, tostatados and menudo. Along w/ chicken wings, potato salad and pies/homemade ice cream.

Care to let us know what's in it or, is it one of those "super secret family recipes" where you can tell someone but, have to kill them?

Honestly bro, I don't know what he puts in it. He makes it before I get there. I know he has the basic chili stuff but he adds his own touch and its damn good. I'll ask him tomorrow at work and reply to this thread again
