What's Cookin For Super Sunday?

I am heading over to my parent's house to watch the game with my dad, brother, nephew and a couple friends. My mom is going to make some meatball subs with the best spaghetti sauce ever....I told my nephew to bring Ruffles, Doritos, bean dip and onion dip...I am bringing some pizza and wings, my bro is making some of his great potato salad, and my friends are bringing the beer....they usually bring a small keg. Looking forward to the game and the commercials.

Family and co workers, will be getting a pit ready for a pig roast on Saturday.

Once the pork is cut up back home, we will be serving smoked ribs, pork and home made enchilades, tostatados and menudo. Along w/ chicken wings, potato salad and pies/homemade ice cream.

So far, we are going with rumaki ( piece of fried chicken liver, water chestnut wrapped in bacon and marinated in ginger and soy sauce), the Asian wings, pan fried dumplings, and crab cakes.
