    Draft Latavius Murray, RB, UCF

With Reggie Bush not coming back next year, Miami may need to take to the draft to add some depth to their RB core. Lamar Miller has potential, but I'm afraid Daniel Thomas won't get it done with being so injury prone. Enter Latavius Murray out of the University of Central Florida (my alma mater).

He is 6'3, 222 pounds. His size is huge, which may make his draft stock drop. His senior year was fantastic. He missed three games butstill carried the ball 177 times for 1,035 yards and 14 touchdowns. He also caught 21 passes for 198 yards and 4 touchdowns.

What would you guys think of him as a late 6th-7th round pick up? Especially if Miami gets a compensatory pick? He would be a decent pick-up as a back-up RB in the league.

As a fellow UCF alum, I would take a chance on Murray in the later rounds (no earlier than round 5). He has a good combination of size, strength, and has adequate vision and has shown flashes of greatness in his time wearing the black and gold. I just worry that he is too much of a one trick pony (power runner) and may be better suited as a fullback in the nfl. But thats just me.

In round 6 or 7, sure, why not?
