I've backed Jake and resigning him in lots of threads but instead I'm going to twist it up. We do not resign Jake.
Bring back Fasano at 2.5Mil
Same with Clemons at 2.5mil
I love Reggie and if we could get him at 2-3 mil then sure with a bigger load given to Miller. Weapons don't hurt anyone and it seemed liek they finally realized Reggie can catch.
I let Starks walk unless he signs for something like Solai did at 6 mil/yr. I think its time we see what Odrick has in the tank in his natural position.
Smith back at 7-8 mil/yr
Goodbye Hartline, appreciate your time here but I think I can get more production for 6 million.
If all five come back at what I think the market is for them plus 2 mil in variance, that's 24 mil in 5 starters. Not bad really. Without Starks its 17-18million for 4 starters
Outside FAs is where it gets interesting:
Sign Jennings, try to do what the Colts did with Wayne but add a year 4yrs for 24 million.
Sign Wallace to his asking price of 10 million, this is instead of Jake being signed.
Starting receivers are now Jennings and Wallace, speed and precision. Perfect, throw in Bess. I think that looks pretty good.
Now we have spent 40 million if Starks is back
Just taking Walter Footballs most recent mock and take who I woud want at that spot with somewhat the same order.

In the draft we grab
1: Johnson, OT. Replace Jake. We do not want to be the Cards.
2A:Effiert, TE. Nice seem TE to tandem with the solid Fasano
2B: Darius Slay, CB. Need more CBs
3A:Stedman Bailey, WR. Replace BEss with a real playmaker in the slot
3B: Cyprien S. Talented Safety
4: BPA
The worst thing about this offseason plan is we haven't answered the Pass rusher on the otherside of Wake, hoping Vernon has something in the tank and a extra year makes him better. Either that or we have some luck in signing a lower tiered FA who can give us a little bit. The one change would be to let Starks walk. Then use that money on a DE and move ODrick inside
