First day purchase for me even after college and two degrees I still make time for video games. That will never change and my loyalty stays with playstation!
Barring the technical specs just completely blowing me away, I may hold off for a price drop and become a PC gamer for a while. The PC I built a few months ago should be fairly future proof. I have been hearing a rumor that the PS4's GPU will be based on the AMD Radeon HD 7970 with an 8 core AMD CPU, which would be insane for a console.

Price range looks to be around $400 if that is so I will most def be waiting in that line to purchase lol
I am a big PS fan, this would normally be a day one purchase for me, but I built a really good PC from scratch (first time ever, scary experience!) a few months ago so il probably hold off and get it when its been out a while.
Interesting that it probably will be the PlayStation Orbis rather than PS4, apparently the number four is an unlucky number in Japan.

While I am excited to see what they have planned. I too will hold off on getting one. Same for the new Xbox. First Gen could consoles always seem to have their problems.
