What would suck is if they just rotated through all the host cities and the game came once every 32 years.

It's a good system for keeping the facilities modern; it has been successful in persuading local voters to support improvements by promising big revenue boosts for local businesses.
KC, Oakland, and San Diego still need work to stay revenue competitive.

Who would have believed Indianapolis would work its way into the rotation? That's the danger whenever a new stadium is built. Not all of them will be one and done.

Miami will be competing against more and more markets, and with an aging patched stadium we won't win nearly as many battles as projected. A $400 million patchwork in 2015 will look pathetically outdated in 2025 or 2030. Shame on the commissioners if they can't figure that out

I say fine. If any city has leverage when it comes to SB hosting, it's us.

Plus, once the NJ idea becomes a disaster, people will start asking about Miami.

The location of the stadium sucks. That is the biggest reason. A new stadium must be built next to the ocean near bayfront and miami beach to have any shot of regular super bowls.
