In psychology, Stockholm Syndrome is an apparently paradoxical psychological phenomenon in which hostages express empathy and have positive feelings towards their captors, sometimes to the point of defending them. "[6]
Wow. Did not realize drafting our first play-maker in years was "Violating Principles." Get that stooge, Ireland, out of here.

The principle he was talking about was that Tannehill didn't have at least 30 college starts, he wasn't talking about drafting playmakers or not.

Jeez those who want to bash or hate on Ireland will use anything to do it.

Right, if Ireland hadn't made that move he'd be looking for a job today. No way he would of survived another losing with Matt Moore as the only starter.
This guy Jeff Ireland is too obvious.
I think its important to draft out of principle every once in a while to get someone you truly want.
This.

Might be a good sign of things to come. The comfort zone didn't work so far, I think this is what we need.

I hope he develops a good Axiom, it is dangerous to go outside it. That old rule of getting proven talent over potential is very sound. It is a good thing he started this year instead of riding the bench or he would still have 19 starts. Sherman was the key to it all anyway. And right or wrong in the T HILL decision, Sherman should not have that much influence on the future of this team in my opinion. So far it is working out though. Philbin giving Sherman so much influence on our future is a question mark for me actually, something I am waiting to see play out in a few different ways.

I support our new Coach and Quarterback. Go Miami! But they still have to prove they are the future, we've been fooled too many times!
His principles were building around your offensive line, a quarterback isn't that important as long as you take care of the trenches first.

Risk vs. reward. Some may say it was risky to draft a QB without many starts so high. Ireland and the scouts saw a lot of potential and Tannehill may well be the franchise quarterback the team has been looking for.
