I'd have to say if joekel or star were there at 12, and we took them... that wouldnt be a wtf moment for me, that would be quite the opposite.
A QB or RB in rd 1. Trading up for almost anyone is something I am not interested in. I want to see us trade down, but I would be pissed if it was all the way out of the first round.
Actually I do want Dion Jordan so I can see moving up a spot or two for him, but I do not want to give up anything really to do so. I would give a 4th, but that wont get us anywhere.
If he drafts someone that does not score TDs, or creates Turnovers or sacks Qbs.

Trades out of the first round.
Getting a PB type player at any position is not a WTF moment.
A wtf moment is when something makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. for me, that would be taking Mingo who is not exactly a DE at the pro level. Which then means he will have to adapt.
Right now, trading down to 24 is not a bad idea whatsoever if Joeckle, fisher, star, Milliner, Werner, Moore are not there. Because picking up a pick or two then gives you ammo to go back up early and get a stud in first round. This draft is calling out for this very thing. You could draft a stud DE and CB then or Lane Johnsonor or TE and get a very good WR prospect in 2nd and go offense from there.
Ansah has me sticking to 12 though. The ceiling is there. After the interview/combine process verifies.
