I could not condone the use of drones or soldiers to kill foreign enemies on foreign soil without the knowledge or consent of that nations leader. Now, if we want to rehash the executive orders that Obama has apparently nullified regarding assasinations abroad, im willing to listen.

When the USA becomes a safe haven for terrorists who have masterminded plots against China then we can worry about them using drone strikes within our borders.
If we could trust these governments then we would inform them or ask them to capture and turn over the suspects.
This whole situation is pretty fishy to me. This guy is former special forces, the LAPD has already shot three people driving trucks, he's been designated as a terrorist making this no longer a murder case, and he's now the first human target for unmanned drone strikes on US soil. Denmark is smelling particularly foul at this moment.
