What a silly response from the spokesman. Of course they don't set them up "willy-nilly", they could pick any spot in the whole of Florida & they'd be under the jurisdiction of these constitution-free zones.

Surely you're no less outraged by it though, correct? I don't think the intent of the 4th amendment was supposed to protect from unreasonable search & seizures, unless of course you happen to live in [/COLOR]Florida, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC, Hawaii, and Michigan.

It's straight bananas in my opinion.
Of course im no less angered. I would to love see this thing corrected and almosted laughed at the absurdity of the map you threw up. Its examples like this that make me depressed thinking about how insane we went after 9/11. And, of course, once those agencies had the power good luck getting them to give it up. I still maintain the DHS is a failure and has had to vastly expand their reach just to stay somewhat relevent. Yet, its so entrenched in our bureaucracy now, people would fight tooth and nail to keep it in place.

Adherence to the Constitution is something that comes up frequently on this forum, and i believe "our rights" was brought up in a earlier post. For my own opinion: even if this is technically Constitutional, its still bull****.

I will remember you TeddSlimmJr and Spesh, after we win it all, I'll just sit back and laugh with fond memories of my superior football IQ.

Eventually those "Safety Zones" will cover the entire map.
    Let's be realistic..they already do.
