I heard the interview in total. He also did state that he would consider offers from all 31 teams. My thoughts are he will go where the Money and years are the best for him. The Dolphins are probably very high on his list, but it will come down with money; as it will be with our guys and anyone else we try to sign.
We aren't winning dick with "our guys". Time to sign some playmakers. This team has been mediocre for far to long.

I'm hoping and expecting him to lead the youthful WR corps here in Miami next year. Youthful because I fully expect us to add 2 WR's in the draft as well.

Really am beginning to feel the good vibes of having a true professional receiver, wanting to play for the Dolphins, I think its a win, win situation for everyone. If you cant sign Wallace then look for your burner in the draft. Think that a Jennings, Rookie draft choice, Bess and fill in the blank hopefully Wallace would be a huge upgrade

There is nothing about that quote that says he is willing to take a DISCOUNT to play here. He can make all the comments he wants, he will say he is willing to play for ANY team that is willing to meet his contract demands.
If Miami is only willing to give him $7mil/year and [enter team name here] is willing to offer $8mil/year he won't be playing for us.
Not to come off negative, but some of you guys need to realize we are not the only team trying to sign a receiver in free agency.
