well someone reported that he wants the same thing as Laurent Robinson's deal, who i believe Hartline is more talented than. So, yeah, I believe at the end of the day Hartline will end up with 6-7 mil/yr, regardless if he ends up in Miami or not. And I know we're going to try whatever possible to get him. Granted we do know that Ireland is dirt cheap...
Hartline is nowhere near as talented as Laurent Robinson. Robinson is much faster, hands are good and he finds his way into the endzone. Robinson's big problem is the guy can't stay healthy for anything. Some people think 1,080 yards and 1 TD as the #1 WR somehow rivals 860 yards and 11 TDs as the #4 option . . . it doesn't, and is indicative of the talent gap and capabilities of the 2 players.

The #1 receiver should come from FA(Wallace) Hartline and Jennings are virtually the same type of player(Hartline) gets the nod. Ist round pick the fins need to help Wake on the edge(kiki Mingo) Or Dee Miliner at CB. package the #2's and move back into the 1st round get a Rookie WR. (King) from Georgia or Patterson if he's still on the board. OT should come in the 3rd round for depth, Can't pick a rookie in the first round (OT) because it would leave Tannehill to one of the worst beating of his life. A OT might be available in FA for the cheap.
