10$ million? No thanks. I'll just stay in my house and make 10$ million the easy way.

The fast food is crazy. Give me a kitchen with unlimited supplies and recipes and you're playing me to be there, I'll be set. Aside from that, hygiene products, girl, and medical care from the Mayo Clinic.

Although the sunroof may be necessary. Too much time spent without actual sunlight can have some pretty bad psychological and physical effects.

the reason I took tv is not only because of the entertainment factor but because its also an access to the outside world. Can you imagine being trapped in the basement for 10 years and not have any inkling what is happening in the world around you. I think there is a piece of mind factor that watching the news or any other real life informative program gives, at least for me. From knowing how my favorite sports teams are doing to the more global and worldly issues that arise would at least keep my level of sanity at a near normal level. Hopefully

That's true, though I do think that your earlier point about drugs could be applied the same way. If you were to go that long without it, who to say what your views on it's necessity would be by the end?

i agree with that. Im not saying what anybody should or shouldn't elect as their choice of things to bring. My point is that your want or need for any of those things wouldn't remain constant over a ten year period of time and that should be taken in to consideration when choosing. I would rather be talking to someone enjoying a couple of glasses of good beer than watch tv. I also realize that personally over a ten year period, i would rather have the tv and the things it provides than the unlimited booze. After a couple of years of complete sobriety, i might never want a drink again. Ever. I picked the girl for obvious reasons. I believe companionship is highly essential in being secluded for that long of a period of time. I mean it only took Tom Hanks two years to try to kill himself lol. I also would want to follow my favorite teams each year to help with my sanity and to occupy my time and i would want to see whats going on in the world. But yes. I believe in all these things, your perception on how vital they are in your life could drastically change if they are removed for an extended period of time that ranges in the years

I think a lot of people in here are discounting the importance of having some form of entertainment that doesnt involve the broad. If I took the broad Id go:

Broad, fast food, hygiene, TV, skylight, pool table. Id just pray thay pvssy was mind alteringly good.

100%. Video games would be high on my list too. Your mind would need to be preoccupied on things. You couldn't just sit on your couch all day staring into space. Over a ten year period you would go mad i would think

While thinking about this further, I think I won the game. Watch this:

    Fast Food w/CFA - 5
    Sunroof - 2
    Workshop - 6
    Money up front - 7
    Hygiene - 3
    Barry Bonds - 7

Me and Barroids stay down there and eat fast food and shoot the **** for a few days and then he helps me build a ladder to escape through the sunroof. I already have my money.

Exactly, it doesn't necessarily have to be drugs; that's just what it is in my case. You'd rather not live 10 years in a basement without watching t.v or playing vidya games, I'd rather not go 10 years without smoking herb. It's just preference. Yes, I could theoretically get along without smoking weed, just like you could get along without television. Are there people who like being straight-edge? I'm sure. I'm not one of them though.

Walrus is of the mindset that he'd rather put himself through more suffering over that 10 year span & have more money when he gets out. Which is fine, more power to him. I, on the other hand, wouldn't mind the drop from 10 mil to 5 mil, as long as my 10 year long experience was considerably more enjoyable.
