You know We've been massively linked to Greg Jennings and now recently linked to Wallace. Their hasn't been any mention fo the Fins and Dwyane Bowe since the season ended.

Watch us sign him instead of the other two.

But like someone else mentioned if you get Wallace and Jennings it would be a massive mistake taking Patterson at 12 with DE and CB such glaring needs and WR so deep this yr.

I would either go as far to say that if you just sign one of those guys that you don't use 12 on a WR.

Why is there a love affair for Hartline on this site???
The same reason there is an irrational mancrush on Wallace.

MW isn't even the best WR on the putzburgh roster.

I think for the draft you are going to need 7-8 million.

Omar said multiple team sources say Wallace is our #1 target. Lock him up and then resign Hartline.
yeah...I want Hartline on this team

Would you really wanna give hartline $7M a year??
Yes! Hartline would shine with a true #1 lining up opposite of him.

I would sign Wallace and draft at least 2 WR's, maybe 3 in rounds 2-4.

I wouldn't be opposed to signing Wallace for around 10. But you do need more versatile WR's opposite Wallace. The idea that Hartline and Wallace compliment each other - just because Hartline lacks any form of explosion - is faulty to me. With the attention that Wallace would command, teams would basically leave Hartline on an island, and he can nickel and dime you with sideline routes - assuming the CB isn't any good - but Wallace won't excel, because the D will shift all its coverage toward Wallace, and Hartline isn't capable of making teams pay for doing so. You want a guy like a Patterson opposite Wallace who can take a short route and take it to the house - make the D pay for shifting its coverage.

I don't think Wallace + Jennings is the best use of funds, but I'd take it 100 out of 100 times over Wallace and Hartline or Jennings and Hartline.

Sign Wallace or Jennings, and draft two WR's. To me, that's how you're going to make your team better for years to come. Wallace or Jennings with Patterson and Bailey? Yeah, that sounds like a dynamic WR group, who will only get more dynamic with time. You don't have to go WR in Round 1. You can wait and still get some good players, but Patterson has the highest ceiling.

    God yes.

One thing ireland needs to get right this time is getting some receiving weapons for Tannehill...

His last attempt at it resulted in Ted Ginn. Woo.

Ted Gin was C. Cameron with Muller, well before Ireland, he and Bill P. inherited Ted and didn't like him at all. Ireland attempts have been drafting Turner, Hartline, Clyde Gates, and ufa's D. Bess, M. Moore and Wallace. ..to go along with Marshall signing. That's been Ireland.

If this team gives Hartline more than 5 per, it'll be the worst signing in the history of the NFL.
