    true but Lane Johnson's cap number would be like 2 million or less compared to Jake Long's 10-12. Rather give Wallace AND Jennings both 10-12
    Leaving us enough money from not resigning Long to go and get Vollmer and weaken the Pats in the process

    He can take his over priced ass somewhere else.
    While i agree that his contract demands are higher than what he showed in recent years, it's no different than what Mike Wallace is asking for. Is Mike Wallace an elite WR? Was he even top 5-10 at his position last year? No. Was long? No. No different to me.

    Okay....Wallace scores TDs. Long doesn't. Wallace doesn't end the season on IR.... Long as done that the past two seasons...Really, no difference?
