Mississippi Baby "Functionally Cured" of HIV

A Mississippi baby born with HIV more than two years ago appears to be the first documented case of a child's being cured of the virus, according to doctors and scientists.

The unidentified child has now been "functionally cured" and has been off medication for about a year with no signs of the HIV infection. If the child remains healthy, it would mark only the second time in the world's history that a person has been cured of HIV, which is the virus that causes AIDS.

Not sure how this could be a good thing if you stop and think about it. Most people who have aids are the worst people in society. Curing the disease will only lead to more and more people drawing unemployment benefits and welfare for longer periods of time. Society must maintain population control and natural selection. Science keeps trying to interfere with God's plan.

My main belief in abortion is related to this...

A life time of welfare is ****ing expensive...

A lot of states are cutting Planned Parenthood funds...****ing idiots...Welfare is so much more expensive than funding abortion/birth control...

I think Texas is learning from this mistake...They want to restore PP funds after realize that child births/welfare are kinda pricy...Politicians are idiots.
