Mike Wallace, Brian Hartline, Ryan Swope, and Davone Bess? And Jared Cook at TE playing a lot of WR. Is this too good to be true?
    I like it.

theres a lot of 3rd guys you could take in the 2nd instead of swope but I like it.

    Lets get it done.

IMO its still a good WR short, Swope and Bess are slot guys, Cook is a TE who can play slot and Matthews is raw.

Sign Wallace for his big play abilities sure but you need red zone threats/move the chains guys as well.
wouldn't Bess be the "chains guy" in that group?

Me personally I'd take Terrence Williams over Swope.

Not impressed with this core at all man. Sorry about raining on the parade lol. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I don't think this does much for us.

90% of this board wanted Swope before the 40 time. The guy is a lock to be a solid player....not HOF'er...but at least a solid contributor.
If he stays healthy. His persistent medical issues will drop him to the 4th or later IMO

I've heard about concussions, but does he have any other medical issues?

As far as I know, just concussions.

But, to my knowledge he's already had four, and that's troubling for sure.

I think if we break the bank for Wallace, signing cook is going to be tough for what he's going to demand.

    Id go:
    Rd 1 eifert
    2a Hunter
2b Swopes or Bailey (torn between the 2)

WR: Wallace, Hunter, Hartline, Bess, Bailey/Swopes, Matthews
    TE: Eifert, Fasano, Clay, Egnew

in 100% agreement with you. I'm not sure that we would go as far to sign wallace, hartline, and cook AND draft a receiver at #12. But I think Keenan Allen is the most under rated player in this draft. If I was Ireland I would do it. We were #7 defensively in points allowed, and sacks. IMO a CB or DE could wait. I would be ecstatic and immediately take out a loan to get season tickets if we had Mike Wallace, Keenan Allen, Brian Hartline, Davone Bess, and Rishard Matthews at WR add in Jared Cook and Charles Clay at TE and that is DOWN RIGHT SCARY!!
Truth that season ticket sales would go through the roof if we do a total offense-centric makeover like that. A little concerned how new long terms to 2 wrs and a TE will leave our cap when we could be legitimateły contending for the SB in a couple yrs. cook looks nasty though and Wallace's speed is our main need.
