Could you possibly mark a question as "Answered" when it has been answered?
This would probably save some time for the user.
I would still look at the thread if it was already answered, but, it would save some time trying to think of the answer when it is already answered.
Just a suggestion.

that's a great idea and something that I saw in other forum dedicated to answer technical support types of questions. I will pass it on.
Going forward, I will simply mark each thread that has been answered with the Thumbs up Message Icon - that should help.
