Well bye bye to O-Gun. Booker is a solid WR and should do well here. Can you imagine next year when we and If we are healthy? WOW!! We have a nice offense now. We just have a ? at RB and a young but imprving O-Line. Bye Bye to O-Gun he will be missed but I think D. Bowens can get the job done. Booker as a Fin....

By trading away Ogun, we won't be filling up our cap for many years to come, and we have Booker this year which is obviously a positive but looking towards next year could mean the Dolphins would have a WR core of Chambers, Boston, and Booker. That's damn good.

And we get a 3rd round pick.

It's obvious, but this trade will be considered a success or failure depending on how Williams and or Bowens step up.
Short term its a success because we fill a need on offense for the upcoming season.

Long term its a sucess because the WR corp going into next year with a healthy Boston looks like one of the best in the entire NFL.

The risk is the RDE spot doesn't meet expectations. But that is a risk I think many fans and the front office is more than willing to take. And its an educated risk considering we are very deep on the d-line!

Booker sounds like an ideal slot receiver.

I like the trade, but wish we could have gotten a 2nd round pick instead of a 3rd. Guess they did the best they could though, considering it's tough to move a player with contract issues unless he's a superstar.

I see another Madden trade in my future. I wonder if I can do better than a 3rd with Booker.

Don't forget about Derrius Thompson as well. His name hasn't been mentioned. He sucked as a #2 WR. But as a #4 WR this year he could maybe make some noise

defenitely! Booker is a big size guy with speed and blocking skills and dont be surprised if spielman trades that 3rd round pick for a RB! haha! i luv spielman!

Booker is a great wide reciever. He had a down year last year, but the best QB the Bears had was Grossman in the last 3 games. It says he can't go deep, but I've seen him do it before, albeit very few times in the Bears stupid offense. While Booker isn't quite what David Boston could have been, he will likely be much more solid than Boston and doesn't bring with him any lingering injury problems as far as I know. One thing I notice about Booker is how hgue his hands are. He is extremely solid over the middle and isn't afraid to take the hit at all.
