It has gotten nearly impossible to compete with the NL and ALCS and our numbers have sagged considerably....I've also got a big presentation the next day as well...
We look to be back next week, and knowing our luck...the phins will win, and Finheaven will want us to cancel the rest of our season

People haven't stopped listening because of baseball.........People have stopped listening because of how apparent it is now that the phins suck.......Nearly everyone has given up hope, and a lot of people just don't care anymore. It's sad, and they're not very good fans,(you should stick with and root for your team no matter what) but it is what it is
Theres that too, I know...but knowing that, and knowing that a game of mammoth magnitude in the world of sports is tomorrow...its not worth it to sit there and have dead air the whole time...it is really disappointing.
Last week I pulled in the lowest that I have ever pulled in for that show, and I had to compete against the final presidential debate, and the NLCS and ALCS at the same time....it's been rough.
Another note with that, i definitely hear you on that...I'm at the bar every weekend (if the game is not on in my apt) rooting for the dolphins...and i am at every home game for the UCF Golden Knights cheering them on...a team with the nation's longest losing streak and the only team yet to record a win this season in division 1-A football....
