I want to change my avatar, but can't figure out how to change the format of a pic to fit. If anyone has a good pic of Madison or Drew Bledsoe getting sacked, and can change it to the proper format, and will email it to me i would be very gratefull.

format? to save a different format open it up with paint and save it...you have to change the format after u click save and it asks you whatchu wanna name it under it is a little pull down thats how u change the format

Edit: Now it's working.
DaJesus......right click on yours and save it to your harddrive and then upload it. Make sure you click on "custom" too.
