Isn't a parka like a real thin piece of plastic like material? I ask because those pictures look exactly like the Dolphins coat I got one winter when I was kid(got one every year)

Ahhh, figured out where it isn't exactly the same. In the front of the winter coat, there was a pouch pocket thing.
The parka has outside hand pockets and an inside wallet pocket (left breast side).
