Not sure if you've been in a hurricane, but it's not constant 75 mph gusts the whole time. We didn't go out when it was at its worse, but when we could stand. And the storm was random times of harsh rain, as you can see in the picture i posted you can see the rain in the puddles. My camera isn't the best as well, so can't capture motion...
