UTAH OLB KOA MISI SELECTED WITH 40TH PICK The Dolphins released Joey Porter at the start of the free agency period and saw Jason Taylor sign with the New York Jets last week. Today in the second round of the 2010 NFL draft the Dolphins selected with the 40th overall pick, Koa Misi from Utah. The 6-3, 251 pound outside linebacker will instantly compete for a starting job on the Dolphins defense. With Cameron Wake a favorite to start at one of the outside spots, Misi will compete with the Charlie Anderson and Quentin Moses for the othe position. So far, the Dolphins have added defensive lineman Jared Odrick and now Koa Misi in the draft. The Dolphins currently still have 8 draft picks to address other needs. With Parcells and Ireland doubling positions during their first two drafts, do not be surprised if the Dolphins add another defensive lineman or outside linebacker before the weekend is over.
