MANHANDLED!

TANNEHILL AND DOLPHINS ROUTED 30-10

Texans

Miami Dolphins Were No Match

Rookie QB Ryan Tannehill will be seeing Texans D-Lineman JJ Watts in his nightmares. The 2nd year star for Houston batted down three passes, two of which were intercepted, and sacked the QB 1.5 times. After a strong well disciplined start, the Miami was leading 3-0 in the second quarter when reality came knocking...no kicking down the front door. Four turnovers by Miami on four consecutive possessions  caused an eruption of points and dominance that many expected would be the case before the opening kickoff was even set on the tee. Smothered on offense by a fired up Texans defense Tannehill was overwhelmed into several errors finishing the game with 4 interceptions and no touchdowns. It was apparent that this Miami team is young and its first real test left no indication that it is prepared to handle adversity well, or that it can overcome its lack of play makers on both sides of the ball. Summary? It is going to be a long season for Dolphins fans.
