FINS OPEN ON ROAD AGAINST THE FALCONS  On Tuesday, the NFL released the entire schedule for the upcoming 2009 season. The Dolphins, the defending AFC East Champions, will begin their quest to repeat as champs on the road against Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons. The Dolphins after being shut out of the prime time schedule in 2008, will appear on prime time four times in 2009. Those four include two home Monday night games against the Colts and Jets, a home Sunday night game against the Patriots and a road Thursday night game against the Panthers.
