Report: Pennington To Miss Rest Of Season

PENNINGTON OUT FOR SEASON/HENNE TAKES OVER

Things went from bad to worse on Monday for the 0-3 Dolphins. Multiple reports indicate that starting quarterbacker Chad Pennington will miss the rest of the 2009 season with a torn capsule in his right shoulder.

With Pennington out for the season, the starting quarterback will now be second year pro Chad Henne. Henne has been long regarded as the "future" of the franchise and the plan was to turn the team over to him at the start of the 2010 season. However, now he will be making his first career start this upcoming Sunday at home against the 1-2 Buffalo Bills.
