There has been a lot of emphasis put on the Dolphins offense this year. With the Wildcat being all flashy and trendy and cool. And then with Rookie Chad Henne stepping in and stepping up. There has been a LOT of talk about how the Dolphins are only a Wide Receiver etc. away from being an elite team. Well something stinks in Miami and its the defense. There is no denying that this defense just has not played well and they were horrible against the Bills. They gave up 24 points in the fourth quarter and 336 yards of offense to the sorry Buffalo Bills. The same sorry Bills who fired their coach, had won only three games all year, and was starting a back-up QB. And the Dolphin defense made them look like the greatest show on turf. Miami dominated most of the game and was seemingly able to run the ball at will only to kill themselves by trying to get cute. There is no need to go to the wildcat, or trick reverses, etc. when your base offense is clicking. Miami left at least 14 points on the field with just bad play calling on offense. Biut even if you add those points in, they still lose. Lose because the defense can not stop the passing game. We have young rookies at corner and they will get better, but the defense as a unit looks inept and weak. They are not the same physical team as the offense is. Now Miami finds itself in an impossible situation and is most likely out of the playoff scene barring a complete collapse by the Patriots.  Don't hold your breath on that one. Beli-"cheat" does not collapse. He may lose a game here and there, but the Patriots do not go on three game losing streaks and they will win the AFC East this season.
