IN THE HUNT! Dolphins Keep Playoff Hopes Alive As Chad Henne Leads Miami to a 22-21 Upset of New England Chad Henne Threw for 335 Yards abd TDs In the Upset of the Pariots For the first quarter of the game today it looked like a disaster at Landshark Stadium. New England had dominated the Dolphins and was leading 14-0 highlighted by yet another Randy Moss highlight TD (he must wish he played Miami every week). But then something unexpected happened, something that this Miami team desperately needed. A passing game showed up and Chad Henne proved he belonged in the NFL as the starter for this team. Make no misake about it, after today this is Henne's team for good and the future looks bright. With Bess as a primary target Henne nd Bess carved up the Patriot defense and drove down the field and Miami actually pulled out the game in the 4th quarter instead of falling apart in the 4th quarter. There was so much to this win, Hartline was good, Fasano was good, and even Ginn was good. Today these WR Corp showed what is possible when they catch passes and not drop them. All was not rosey there is still great concern for the pass defense which gave up two long TD bombs and several other long throws that didn't score. And I want to say on behalf of all of the fan base...LET CAMERON WAKE PLAY! All he does is get pressure every time he is in the game. Pressure that Jason Taylor no longer gets. Pressure whih led to the game sealing interception today. But, as bad as the defense was they did make plays late in the game when they needed them. For that they deserve credit and some respect. However, the young corners still need to improve and the safety play continues to be horrid. But they won and that is all I am focusing on. Miami now finds itself tied with the Jets one game behind New Egland. With four games left the Dolphins need to win out and hope for some luck to win the division or grab a wildcard spot. Being this close just makes those losses we could have won harder to stomach. Make no doubt about it every game is now a must win for this hopeful team and I would love to see us win out and make a statement about our future. Today we get to enjoy beating New England and sending Brady and Belicheck away with their second loss weighing on their shoulders. Beat the Jets twice and the Patsies once, not a bad season regardless of what happens. TALK ABOUT IT IN THE FINHEAVEN FORUMS! The Internet's Largest Miami Dolphin Community
