ODRICK SIGNS FIVE YEAR CONTRACT

Rookie defensive end Jared Odrick, became the fourth player from the first round of the 2010 draft class to sign a contract, as the Dolphins and Odrick agreed to a 5 year, $13.1 million deal.

The signing of Odrick before the start of training camp was a must after the season ending injury to projected starter Phillip Merling. Odrick is likely to be one of the starting ends on day one of training camp, which begins tomorrow.
